Primary Admissions Information for Parents Booklet 2019
Parents will be required to submit a midyear admission application online to the Local Authority. The online application can be accessed from the Walsall Council website at:

Waiting lists are held by the Local Authority - Walsall Primary School does not hold it’s own waiting list.
The school operates a computerised pupil database containing details of emergency telephone contacts, doctors details etc. On admission to our school, parents / carers will be asked to complete a 'Pupil Contact Sheet', a 'Parental Consent Form' and a 'Walsall NHS Community Health Form'.
Please let the school office know immediately of any changes to your child's contact details. For example:-
changes to telephone numbers of any contacts on your child's form
any change of address
any new medical information which the school needs to be aware of.
It is vital that we are able to contact you in case of an emergency.
